On the afternoon of April 25 (the 9th day of the 3rd lunar month), under the chairmanship of Mr. Pham Dai Duong – Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation – the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee met to review and finalize all preparations for the 2026 Hung Kings’ Incense Offering Ceremony.
Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong speaks at the meeting.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and Head of the Festival Organizing Committee – reports on the preparation progress.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc reported that preparations for the ceremony on the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month have been fundamentally completed, meeting all established schedules and requirements. Reception plans, logistics, and escort protocols for Party and State leaders have been thoroughly surveyed with detailed scripts in place.
After hearing various contributions, Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong commended the efforts of the relevant units. To ensure the event’s utmost success, he requested all agencies to continue reviewing their tasks under the motto: "Clear people, clear tasks, and clear responsibilities."

The overview of the meeting.
Specifically, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized several key tasks, requesting wards and communes along main routes—particularly the stretch from the IC7 intersection to the historic site—to mobilize forces to clear construction materials and waste from sidewalks by the afternoon and evening of today, April 25. The Land Fund Development Center, in coordination with the Hung Temple Historic Site Management Board, must focus on environmental sanitation and intensify waste collection to ensure all ritual areas are clean and pristine before 4:00 AM on April 26 (the 10th day of the third lunar month).
Phu Tho Newspaper and Radio-Television are tasked with meticulously preparing the live broadcast plans, with a specific focus on inspecting the audio, lighting, and speaker systems at the ritual sites as well as public LED screens. Backup generators must be in place to ensure an immediate response in the event of a power failure.
Meanwhile, police and military forces are directed to tighten security and manage traffic flow to guarantee absolute safety for the high-level delegations of the Party and State, as well as the public attending the ceremony.
The Secretary concluded: "The Incense Offering Ceremony is an event of paramount importance. Therefore, every member of the Organizing Committee must maintain high focus and coordinate seamlessly to ensure the National Anniversary is conducted with solemnity and reverence, leaving a lasting positive impression on our compatriots and tourists."
