He noted that before the provincial merger, the former Vinh Phuc Province had maintained a close and productive relationship with the Embassy of Cuba in Vietnam.
Building on the strong cooperation previously established between Vinh Phuc Province and the Cuban Embassy, as well as the 2024 Cooperation Agreement between the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and the Mayabeque Provincial Party Committee, Phu Tho will continue to inherit and expand those achievements. The province hopes to deepen practical and effective cooperation with Mayabeque Province and other Cuban localities across a wide range of sectors in the years ahead.
