In the first six months of 2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board issued seven new Investment Registration Certificates to enterprises investing in IPs. These included four domestic direct investment (DDI) projects with a total registered capital of VND 355 billion and three foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total capital of USD 15.889 million.

In addition, the board approved adjustments for 16 ongoing projects. Four of these projects increased their investment capital, with an additional VND 250 billion and USD 11.87 million injected. Twelve other projects underwent changes related to investor details, planning objectives, and implementation timelines.
As of May 29, 2025, there were 186 active investment projects in the province’s industrial parks, comprising 97 DDI projects with a total registered capital of VND 23,228.9 billion and 89 FDI projects with a combined registered capital of USD 2,379.2 million. Among the 164 enterprises that have achieved stable operations, many are continuing to expand and increase capacity. Notable examples include BYD Vietnam, which expects an increase of VND 5,000 billion in revenue, and Future Innovation Vietnam, which anticipates a rise of VND 200 billion in revenue.
Overall, enterprises in the industrial parks and the two industrial clusters—Bach Hac and Dong Lang—under the management of the Provincial IP Management Board have shown strong performance in the first half of 2025. Estimated total revenue reached VND 60,500 billion, equivalent to 137% of the same period last year and fulfilling 45% of the annual target. Budget contributions totaled VND 650 billion, equivalent to 93% year-on-year and 32.5% of the 2025 plan. Export value was estimated at USD 7,500 million, representing 125% of the same period last year and 46.8% of the annual plan.
The total workforce reached 63,000 employees, 105% compared to the same period in 2024, and 97% of the annual target. Average monthly income per employee was VND 8 million, a 111% increase year-on-year.
