Construction of Phase 2 Commenced for Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park

On the morning of August 18, in Xuan Lang Commune, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., in coordination with CNCTech Group, held a ceremony to inaugurate technical infrastructure for Phase 1, commence Phase 2 construction of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park (IP), and promote investment to expand connections with investors and partners. Attending the ceremony was Comrade Vu Viet Van — Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC); alongside representatives of leaders from several provincial departments, boards, sectors, and local authorities.

Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park covers 295.74 hectares and is being developed by CNCIndustrial, the industrial development arm of CNCTech Group. The project is oriented toward a green, smart and sustainable industrial park model, with priority given to attracting high-tech, supporting industries, semiconductor, electronics and logistics projects.

After one year of construction, the Phase 1 technical infrastructure, covering approximately 52 hectares, has been completed and is ready to accommodate secondary investment projects. The industrial park’s centralized wastewater treatment system uses Japanese technology, operates automatically and is monitored 24/7, with a capacity of 4,000 cubic meters per day, expandable to 20,000 cubic meters per day. Treated wastewater meets Column A standards and can be reused.

In line with Politburo Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private-sector development, the industrial park prioritizes land for small and medium-sized enterprises, innovative startups and supporting-industry businesses. To date, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park has attracted eight Vietnamese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Hong Kong businesses and investors, covering approximately 8 hectares and representing total investment capital of nearly USD50 million. Their activities are mainly concentrated in supporting industries and precision engineering.

Building on these results, the investor is now developing Phase 2 technical infrastructure over an area of 40 hectares, gradually adding industrial land with synchronized infrastructure to facilitate the reception of new investment projects.

At the ceremony, provincial leaders, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the Provincial Investment Promotion and Business Support Center, and CNCTech Group presented investment certificates for three projects and signed 10 cooperation agreements with investors and partners to expand linkages and connect production chains.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor and relevant agencies throughout the project implementation process. He emphasized that Phu Tho expects Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park to become a core hub of an industrial, high-tech, logistics and services ecosystem, contributing to the province’s goal of becoming one of the country’s major centers for manufacturing, logistics and high technology.

He asked CNCTech Group, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd. and investors to continue mobilizing resources and accelerating subsequent project components while ensuring quality and efficiency and complying with the law. He also called for stronger investment promotion and attraction of high-tech, supporting-industry, semiconductor, electronics, logistics and other high-value-added projects.

The Vice Chairman also requested that businesses use land, energy and natural resources efficiently, link production development with environmental protection and sustainable development, strengthen linkages, establish value chains and improve competitiveness.

Provincial departments, agencies and the Xuan Lang Commune People’s Committee were assigned to continue accompanying and supporting businesses and investors, proactively identify and resolve difficulties and obstacles during project implementation, and promptly report issues beyond their authority to the Provincial People’s Committee.

As part of the event series, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., in coordination with CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company, broke ground for a manufacturing industrial complex comprising six factory buildings on nearly 6 hectares of land. The complex is expected to be completed before December 31, 2026.

The completion of Phase 1 infrastructure, implementation of Phase 2 and investment in ready-built factory facilities will enhance the industrial park’s capacity to accommodate new projects, create additional industrial land and provide favorable conditions for attracting investment to Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park, thereby contributing to industrial development in the province.
