Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Gives Opinions on Important Matters

On the morning of October 1, under the chair of Comrade Pham Dai Duong — Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies — the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to give opinions on several matters under its authority.

Attending the meeting were Comrades: Tran Duy Dong — Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Bui Van Quang — Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Thi Minh — Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and Bui Huy Vinh — Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Also present were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People’s Council, the Provincial People’s Committee, and several departments, boards, and sectors.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee heard and reached consensus on proposals to submit to the Provincial People’s Council for promulgation: A Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles in Resolution No. 52/2025/NQ-HĐND and Resolution No. 53/2025/NQ-HĐND dated November 25, 2025, of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Council; a Resolution stipulating support policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of martyrs, and people with meritorious service in nurturing martyrs who are receiving monthly preferential allowances and belonging to poor, near-poor, or disadvantaged households in Phu Tho province; and a Resolution deciding on the policy to convert forest use purposes to other purposes to implement the Thang Long Xanh Housing Area Project in Quang Tien commune, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province (now Thinh Minh commune and Ky Son ward, Phu Tho province).

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the policy to organize the Hung Kings Commemoration Day - Hung Temple Festival and Ancestral Land Tourism Year 2027.

Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee to direct relevant agencies and units to build organization plans and programs at an appropriate scale, ensuring solemnity, safety, economy, and efficiency.

Activities should be studied and organized in connection with promoting local imagery, tourism potential, and characteristic products; while stepping up cultural, sports, and tourism experience programs to attract tourists and create highlights for the Ancestral Land Tourism Year 2027.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee required proactive preparation of operational plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and service conditions for residents and visitors during the festival. The Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee shall direct the completion of the program and organization plan to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and decision.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on investment policies for projects: Renovation, repair, and upgrading of infrastructure and auxiliary items at the Phu Ninh Regional Medical Center; adjustments and additions to the Mineral Rights Auctioning Plan under the licensing authority of the Provincial People’s Committee; 1/2000 scale zonal planning for Area 4A, Hy Cuong commune, Phu Tho province; and 1/2000 scale zonal planning for Area 4B, Hy Cuong commune, Phu Tho province.

Concluding this item, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee to lead and organize implementation in strict accordance with regulations, ensuring rigor, proper procedures, and efficiency.
