Summary of the 19th Phu Dong Health Association of Phu Tho province in 2023

On December 15, at the Multipurpose House of Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, the Provincial People’s Committee held the closing ceremony of the 19th Phu Dong Health Association of Phu Tho province in 2023.

After seven days of exciting competition (from December 9 to December 15), 2,190 athletes from 58 athlete delegations from the Education and Training Departments of districts, cities, towns and high schools in the province contributed a lot to their fans. exciting competitions in eight disciplines including: Football, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Shuttlecock, Athletics, Stick Push and Aerobics. In the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 128 sets of medals to athletes and athlete delegations with high achievements. Of which, 334 Gold Medals, 334 Silver Medals and 640 Bronze Medals were awarded.

At the end of the entire competition program at Phu Dong Provincial Fitness Association, along with the results used for Swimming at the 2023 Provincial High School Students Swimming - Athletics Tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, and Third prizes. the entire delegation from high schools and Education and Training departments of districts, towns and cities. Among them, the Athletes Team of Viet Tri City Department of Education and Training won the first prize for the entire team; Lam Thao District Department of Education and Training won Second Prize; Third prize went to the Department of Education and Training of Tam Nong district and Phu Tho town. In the high school division, the first prize for the entire team went to Tam Nong High School; Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School won the Second prize, Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted and Ha Hoa High School won the Third prize...

According to the assessment of the Organizing Committee, the athletes participating in the 19th Phu Dong Fitness Festival in Phu Tho province in 2023 have relatively equal professional quality, technical and tactical levels. This has created many balanced and attractive matches in all three age groups: Primary, Middle School and High School. Thereby, contributing to promoting the Campaign “All people exercise their bodies following the example of great Uncle Ho”.

Thus, the 19th Phu Dong Health Festival of Phu Tho province in 2023 has successfully closed, creating a widespread influence and becoming a major sports ground for youth at Dat To school. Through competition achievements, the Education and Training sector will select 450 elite athletes to attend the National Phu Dong Fitness Association, Region I. From there, continue to select 120 excellent faces to attend the Phu Dong Fitness Association. The 10th national event in 2024 takes place in Hai Phong city.
