Yi Da Vietnam Co., Ltd. Allocates 11 Billion VND for Loyalty Bonuses to Honor Employees

On April 28, Yi Da Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Song Thao Town Industrial Cluster, Cam Khe District) disbursed loyalty bonuses totaling 11 billion VND to its workforce. This activity took place in celebration of International Workers' Day (May 1, 1886 – May 1, 2026), aiming to honor the commitment and contributions of its staff and workers.

Employees express excitement as loyalty bonuses are credited to their bank accounts.

According to the Company’s Board of Directors, all employees with at least 3 years of seniority are eligible for the bonus across three tiers: 3 million VND for 3 to under 5 years of service; 5 million VND for 5 to under 7 years; and the highest level of 8 million VND for those with 7 years or more.

A total of 2,508 employees received bonuses in this round. This marks the first time the company has implemented a loyalty bonus scheme, in addition to existing monthly seniority allowances and annual 13th-month bonuses.

Yi Da Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently employs 5,400 workers and plans to expand its production scale, aiming to recruit an additional 3,000 employees in the near future.

In a challenging economic climate, the allocation of 11 billion VND for employee bonuses demonstrates corporate social responsibility.
