The Phu Tho Party Committee Enhances the Role of Political Core at the Grassroots Level

Currently, the entire province has 2,121 grassroots party organizations with 257,482 party members. In the first eight months of 2025 alone, the Party Committee of the province admitted 2,797 outstanding individuals into the Party. Immediately after the implementation of the two-tier localgovernment model, the Provincial Party Committee promptly issued documents assigning, guiding, and directing to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative apparatus without interruption. The working offices of 148 communes and wards were reasonably arranged; the public administrative centers have operated systematically and professionally, creating convenience for people and businesses, receiving high approval and support from the community.

After the merger, Vinh Yen ward continued to develop; the material and spiritual life of the people has increasingly improved.

At the same time, the grassroots party committees in the military and police have seriously implemented the resolutions and directives from the Central Party, the Central Military Commission, the Central Police Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring that party organizations are streamlined and operate effectively. After restructuring and consolidation, party committees have developed working regulations, maintained strict branch meeting regimes, focused on party member development, and strengthened organizational power. The movement of “All People Protecting National Security,” as well as the models “4 Good Branches” and “4 Good Party Committees at the grassroots,” has been effectively implemented, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order.

A notable achievement is that the entire Party Committee of the province completed the update of citizen identification information for 256,459 party members, reaching a 100% rate; the implementation of party member cards based on the National Population Database achieved 99.28%. This is an important step forward in digital transformation and modernizing party member management.

Looking back at the third quarter of 2025, the Phu Tho Party Committee has clearly demonstrated the political core role of each grassroots organization. From communes, wards, and businesses to schools, hospitals, and armed forces, the local party branches have maintained regular operations, enhanced leadership capabilities, and connected party building work with political tasks and the people’s lives. The results are measured not only by figures but are evident in each newly opened road, each administrative document processed faster, and in every digitalized party member card.

With these achievements, Phu Tho is confidently taking steps on the journey of building a clean and strong Party Committee. At every grassroots level, the political core – the Party organization – has become the solid foundation for the comprehensive development of the homeland of the Hung Kings.
