According to the results from the Provincial Evaluation and Classification Council for the “One Commune One Product” (OCOP) Program, in the first phase of 2025, the province has recognized 64 additional products as meeting OCOP standards of 3 stars or higher. Specifically, this includes 10 4-star products and 54 3-star products.
“Da Hen Nhat Pham Tea” from the Da Hen Tea Production and Processing Cooperative (Dong Luong Commune) was officially recognized as a 4-star OCOP product in 2025.
The evaluated and classified products are distinctive items with regional strengths, deeply rooted in local cultural identities. These products span various sectors, including food, beverages, handicrafts, community-based tourism, ecotourism, and tourist attractions.
By the end of 2025, the province’s cumulative total reached 698 OCOP products ranked 3 stars or higher, including 06 5-star products. By promoting linkages in production and consumption, the OCOP Program has significantly contributed to rural economic development and improved the income and livelihoods of the local people.

“Dat To Banh Chung” from the Dat To Agricultural and Commercial Cooperative (Hung Viet Commune) was upgraded to 4-star OCOP status in 2025.
In 2026, the province aims to develop and standardize 52 additional products or product groups to achieve OCOP certification of 3 stars or higher. To realize this goal, the agricultural sector will continue to conduct annual evaluations and classifications in a rigorous, objective, and fair manner. Furthermore, there will be increased inspection and quality monitoring of OCOP entities and products after they have received certification.
