Completing Construction of 4 Key Transport Infrastructure Projects

According to Plan No. 544/KH-UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee, in 2026, the province continues to execute construction on 31 key transport projects with a total capital plan exceeding 3,298 billion VND. By the end of September, 4 projects have completed construction and are finalizing documentation for handover, operation, and use; the remaining 27 projects are actively under implementation.

Completing Construction of 4 Key Transport Infrastructure Projects

The Inter-Regional Road Project connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with Highway 70B and Highway 32C to former Yen Bai has completed construction, contributing to enhancing transport connectivity capacity.

Projects that have completed construction and are currently finalizing dossiers and procedures for handover into operation and use include:

- Renovation Project of Provincial Road 313G (36.4 km in length);- Renovation Project of the Connecting Route from Provincial Road 325B to Ngoc Thap Bridge (7.98 km in length);- Renovation and Upgrading Project Connecting Highway 32 with Highway 70B to Hoa Binh (8.05 km in length);- Inter-Regional Transport Road Project Connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with Highway 70B and Highway 32C to former Yen Bai (60.3 km in length).

The completion of construction across these 4 projects marks a positive result in the province’s deployment of key transport works. Once handed over and put into operation, these routes will contribute to improving travel conditions for residents, enhancing transport connectivity, supporting goods circulation, and expanding development spaces between regions.

Regarding the remaining 27 projects, relevant units are continuing to execute tasks according to schedule, including construction execution alongside compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance work. These represent decisive tasks for project implementation progress, requiring close coordination among functional agencies, local authorities, project owners, and construction contractors.

In the coming perod, focusing on resolving difficulties and obstacles to accelerate the progress of related procedures — particularly compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance — will help create favorable conditions for projects to proceed according to plan. Concurrently, units will continue emphasizing project quality, ensuring technical requirements and necessary conditions before handing over works for use.

By step-by-step perfecting important transport works, the province aims to elevate infrastructure quality, strengthen regional linkages, effectively exploit local potentials and advantages, create momentum to attract investment, and drive sustainable socio-economic development.
