Accelerating Construction of the Hung Vuong – Nguyen Tat Thanh – Phu Dong – Au Co Connection Road
The project to construct a connecting road from Hung Vuong Street through Nguyen Tat Thanh and Phu Dong Streets to Au Co Street spans over 3.7 km with a total investment of more than 445 billion VND. Implemented during the 2022–2026 period, the project has largely completed items such as sidewalks, street lighting, and greenery. Currently, the contractor is laying asphalt on the section from the Nguyen Tat Thanh intersection to Au Co Street, which is expected to be finished within March 2026.

However, the initial 380-meter segment of the route located in Nong Trang Ward is still facing site clearance issues, preventing construction from starting in that area.
To ensure the project remains on schedule, local authorities and the investor must focus on resolving these bottlenecks and accelerating land recovery efforts to enable the contractor to complete the road as planned. Once finished, the route will contribute to a seamless, synchronized, and modern transport infrastructure, meeting travel demands and driving the province’s socio-economic development.
