Awarding prizes for the preliminary round of the 2024 “Reading Culture Ambassador” Contest
On July 16, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a summary and awarding ceremony for the preliminary round of the “Reading Culture Ambassador” Contest in Phu Tho province in 2024. This is an annual contest launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, including 2 rounds: Provincial preliminary and national final.
In Phu Tho, the preliminary round of “Reading Culture Ambassador” in the province in 2024 organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training was launched on May 2, attracting a large number of students throughout the province to participate with over 80,000 entries, from 326 schools, including written tests, video clips and Vietnamese - English bilingual entries. The entries were highly appreciated for their content closely following the topic, the number of entries in the form of video clips increased compared to previous years and were creative with images and new ways of raising problems, contributing to increasing the quality of candidates' entries.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the province’s “Outstanding Reading Culture Ambassador” award in 2024 to the following srudents: Nguyen Linh Chi (class 5A7, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School, Viet Tri City) and Nguyen Hai Au (class 11 History, Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, Viet Tri City); 2 collective prizes for Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School (Viet Tri City) and Thanh Thuy High School (Thanh Thuy district) and 11 Topical prizes.
