Cooperation between Tan Son District and Hwaseong City, South Korea under the Seasonal Labor Program
The Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Document No. 4010/UBND-KGVX dated September 24, 2024, regarding the cooperation between the People’s Committee of Tan Son District and Hwaseong City, South Korea.
Accordingly, the Provincial People’s Committee assigns the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the People’s Committee of Tan Son District to cooperate and implement seasonal labor cooperation for work in South Korea according to the current regulations; they are also responsible to the Provincial People’s Committee and the law for the implementation of the aforementioned seasonal labor cooperation.
To avoid being scammed, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs advises workers in the province, particularly in Tan Son District, who wish to work in South Korea under the seasonal labor program with E8 visa to contact the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the Employment Service - Vocational Education Center (Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) directly for relevant information. Workers must not heed unofficial advertising and should not contact intermediaries or brokers to avoid being scammed.
