Cultural camp and display and introduction of typical products

Within the framework of the programs on the occasion of the Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival and the Fatherland Culture and Tourism Week in the year of the Dragon 2024, the Cultural Camp and display and introduction of typical products will take place from April 9 to April 18 (March 1 to March 10 of the lunar calendar) at Phu Bung hill - Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site with the participation of 13 districts, cities and towns in the province.

The camp recreates the traditional customs and traditions of ethnic minorities in the province. Each camp is designed to reflect the culture and characteristics of each locality, including an area to display pictures and documents, introduce socio-economic development achievements, and promote tourism potentials. The camp also displays and introduces agricultural products, typical goods, and local OCOP products such as: Green tea, wild honey, sour meat, grapefruit... to serve people and tourists.

During the Festival, cultural camps also have activities for tourists to experience and practice the production process of traditional products and crafts; Organize folk games, cultural exchanges...

This year, the Provincial People’s Committee agreed with the proposal of the People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities on the construction and permanent installation of Cultural Camps. After the end of Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival and Fatherland Culture - Tourism Week, People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities proactively consider and decide on the handover of the Cultural Camps to the Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site to receive, manage, use or People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities to coordinate with Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site to exploit and use.
