On the morning of March 15, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Vice Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee – attended the opening ceremony and cast his ballot at Polling Station No. 8, Residential Area No. 6, Cao Phong Commune. Also in attendance was Ms. Dang Bich Ngoc – Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation – along with local leaders and a large number of voters.

The opening ceremony commenced solemnly at 7:00 AM, strictly adhering to the Law on Elections. Following the flag-raising ceremony, representatives of the Election Team announced the regulations and emphasized the significance of exercising civic rights and obligations to select exemplary delegates who represent the will and aspirations of the people.

Polling Station No. 8 serves 525 voters. Here, citizens cast their ballots to select 2 National Assembly delegates out of 4 candidates, 3 Provincial People’s Council delegates out of 5 candidates, and 4 Commune-level People’s Council delegates out of 7 candidates.

Cao Phong Commune belongs to the National Assembly Constituency No. 6 of the province. The entire commune has 29 polling stations with a total of 14,285 voters. From the early morning, residents gathered with enthusiasm to fulfill their civic duties. Preparations were thorough, and voting guidance was provided in strict accordance with regulations.
