Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Van Quang Attends Opening Ceremony and Casts Vote in Thanh Mieu Ward

On the morning of March 15, Mr. Bui Van Quang – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee – attended the opening ceremony and cast his ballot for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 tenure at Polling Station No. 19, Thanh Mieu Ward.

Following the flag-raising ceremony, voters at Polling Station No. 19 were briefed on electoral procedures and regulations. The election team conducted a formal inspection of the ballot boxes and ensured all necessary conditions were met for a lawful and smooth voting process.

After exercising his citizen’s right, the Standing Deputy Secretary called upon more than 1,300 voters at the station to uphold their right to mastery. He encouraged them to select delegates with both virtue and talent, who are truly worthy of representing the will and aspirations of the people in the state power agencies at all levels.

Polling Station No. 19 belongs to Constituency No. 1 of Phu Tho Province. Here, voters will elect 3 National Assembly delegates and 5 Provincial People’s Council delegates for the 2026-2031 term.

The election team publicly inspects the ballot boxes in accordance with regulations.

In this election cycle, Thanh Mieu Ward has 6 electoral units with 31 polling stations, serving nearly 41,500 voters. The election process has been organized thoroughly and professionally, with detailed and scientific guidance provided by the members of the election teams.
