On the morning of March 15, Ms. Bui Thi Minh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee – attended the opening ceremony and cast her ballot for the election at Polling Station No. 19, Hoa Binh Ward.

From the early morning, a large number of voters gathered at Polling Station No. 19 to fulfill their civic rights and obligations. The election organization was meticulously prepared; the polling area was solemnly decorated, with the voter list, candidate profiles, and relevant instructions fully posted in accordance with regulations.

At 7:00 AM, the opening ceremony was held in a solemn yet concise manner, strictly following the guidelines of the National Election Council and the Ministry of Home Affairs. After being briefed on the voting process, Deputy Secretary Bui Thi Minh, together with local voters, cast their ballots to elect representatives for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 tenure.

Hoa Binh Ward has 47 polling stations serving a total of 49,828 voters, of which Polling Station No. 19 accounts for 1,044 voters.
