The Vice Chairman also emphasized that, during the finalization of the project dossier, the current status of the transport network connecting the project with surrounding areas must be clearly assessed and described. Appropriate plans for investing in, renovating or upgrading transport infrastructure should be studied and proposed where necessary to ensure effective connectivity and meet residents’ travel needs.

In addition, careful calculations must be made regarding electricity supply, water supply and drainage to ensure that the project’s technical infrastructure is properly integrated with the existing infrastructure in the surrounding area and can meet long-term operational needs once the project comes into service.
