Phu Tho Resolves Over 99% of Files Under the “Green Channel” Mechanism

Aimed at shortening administrative procedure processing times and creating favorable conditions for investment, production, and business activities, the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee has piloted the “Green Channel” mechanism for key projects—contributing to improving the investment and business environment and achieving double-digit economic growth targets.

The “Green Channel” mechanism is deployed via 2 forms: The “24-Hour Green Channel,” executing receipt, resolution, and result delivery within 24 hours; and the “50% Green Channel,” cutting 50% of processing times for each stage in the procedure workflow.

By the end of August 2026, the entire province recorded 88 projects and project groups applied under the “Green Channel” mechanism. The province also received 544 files under the “Green Channel” mechanism. To date, 539 files have been resolved, reaching nearly 99.1%. Notably, 100% of resolved files were completed on-time and early, including 506 files under the “24-Hour Green Channel” and 33 files under the “50% Green Channel.”

Initial results demonstrate that the “Green Channel” mechanism contributes to elevating administrative procedure resolution efficiency, reducing waiting times, and creating favorable conditions for investors to accelerate project execution progress.

Continuing the effective deployment of the “Green Channel” mechanism will contribute to stepping up administrative reform, unlocking investment resources, elevating business service quality, and creating momentum to drive the province’s socio-economic development.
