Exciting Cultural and Sporting Activities to Welcome Spring 2026

On the morning of January 25, at the headquarters of the Phu Tho Industrial Zones Trade Union, the Provincial General Federation of Labor organized a series of cultural exchanges, sports competitions, and folk games. The program attracted over 500 trade union members and laborers from across the province.

Teams participate in the Banh Chung (Square Sticky Rice Cake) wrapping competition under the enthusiastic cheers of a large audience.

In the Banh Chung wrapping competition, each team of five members had to complete at least four square cakes within 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the tug-of-war segment featured teams of ten athletes (5 males and 5 females), delivering dramatic and thrilling performances.

Alongside the wrapping process, the presentation of the cakes was also meticulously and elaborately prepared.

During the program, the Organizing Committee presented many meaningful gifts to support union members and workers, including: “0-Dong” shopping vouchers, discount vouchers, free bus tickets for workers to return home for Tet, and lucky draw sessions.

With the provided discounts and 0-Dong vouchers, union members and workers took the opportunity to shop for essential items.

This is not only an annual program but also one with profound humanitarian significance, reflecting the Trade Union’s care for the material and spiritual well-being of laborers.

Furthermore, the event serves as a token of gratitude for the dedicated efforts of union members after a year of hard work. This creates a vibrant competitive spirit among officials and workers from the very first days of the year, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
