On August 25, a working delegation from the Ministry of National Defense led by Major General Luong Van Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Military Forces (Ministry of National Defense), conducted an inspection, re-inspection, and survey of several enterprises in the province. Joining the delegation were representatives from Military Region 2, the Provincial Military Command, functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense, and relevant units.
The inspection and re-inspection aimed to gain an accurate understanding of the current status, update, and supplement information regarding the capacity of enterprises across the province. It also served to assess the ability to mobilize corporate resources for defense tasks, contributing to formulating resource mobilization plans suited to new requirements and situations.

The delegation conducts an inspection and survey at Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company.
This activity provided an opportunity for functional agencies to grasp the favorable conditions, difficulties, and bottlenecks faced by enterprises during operations and task execution. Consequently, solutions were proposed to enhance coordination between military authorities, local party committees, governments, and businesses.
The results of the inspection, re-inspection, and survey provide an important basis for the Ministry of National Defense and relevant units to evaluate, manage, and update corporate potential in the area—contributing to building a strong all-people national defense that meets the requirements of national protection in the new situation.
As part of the working program, the delegation surveyed Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company and Windtech Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company. The team focused on assessing corporate capacities, emphasizing organization, human resources, facilities, equipment, production and business efficiency, and the ability to mobilize and fulfill defense requirements when situations arise.

Concluding the session, Major General Luong Van Thang acknowledged the coordination among local party committees, governments, military agencies, and enterprises. He requested relevant agencies to continue reviewing and accurately updating information on corporate capacities; assessing human resources, facilities, equipment, and production/supply capabilities to ensure statistical data reflects actual potential.
Major General Luong Van Thang emphasized that surveying, grasping, and managing corporate potential must be conducted regularly and tightly—closely aligned with defense requirements and mobilization capabilities in every scenario.
He suggested functional agencies strengthen coordination and promptly advise competent authorities to formulate and supplement feasible resource mobilization plans, meeting defense demands in the new situation.
