Phu Tho Deploys Preparations for the “Sac Mau Sao Vuong” Gameshow

On the afternoon of September 19, at the Provincial Military Headquarters, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2 and Head of the Military Region Gameshow Organizing Committee, co-chaired a conference alongside Comrade Nguyen Khac Hieu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Head of the Provincial Gameshow Organizing Committee, to deploy preparations for the “Sac Mau Sao Vuong” (Colors of the Square Star) Gameshow within the military region’s armed forces.

The “Sac Mau Sao Vuong” Gameshow is organized in Phu Tho Province with the participation of four competing teams from Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, and Son La provinces.

The program consists of four competition rounds: Greetings, “Wise Square Star”, “Strong Square Star”, and “Talented Square Star”, combined with audience interaction activities.

The program aims to step up dissemination, education, and legal communication regarding self-defense militia, national defense, and military affairs; reflecting results in building, training, and operational activities of self-defense militia forces. At the same time, it contributes to traditional education, fostering national defense knowledge, and elevating awareness and responsibility among cadres, soldiers, and the public toward the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

This is also a practical activity celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Military Region 2 Armed Forces (October 19, 1946 – October 19, 2026) and receiving the title of Hero of the People’s Armed Forces.

According to reports at the conference, to date, program preparations basically guarantee progress according to plan. The Military Headquarters of Phu Tho Province proactively coordinated with the Military Broadcasting and Television Center to build content, scripts, and deploy organizational tasks for the program.

Relevant provincial agencies and units actively coordinated, agreeing on stage design, decoration, publicity, and force mobilization plans; while defining construction timelines, rehearsal schedules, final dress rehearsals, and recording dates.

According to the plan, the program will be officially recorded on the evening of September 29, 2026, at Hung Vuong Square, Phu Tho Province. The representative team of Phu Tho Province competing in the event is named “Lac Hong”. Approximately 1,000 spectators are expected to cheer and contribute to an exciting atmosphere. Alongside content and facility preparations, the Provincial Police deployed security, order, and safety plans throughout the event.

At the conference, delegates focused on reviewing task execution progress, discussing, and agreeing on details needing further completion, especially coordination between agencies, units, organizational plans, and service conditions, ensuring synchronized, tight, and on-schedule preparations.

Delivering directive remarks, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu requested the Phu Tho Provincial Gameshow Organizing Committee to continue coordinating closely with Military Region 2 agencies, the Military Broadcasting and Television Center, and relevant units to comprehensively review preparations; promptly absorbing, adjusting, and perfecting content based on instructions.

Special emphasis is placed on publicity work, decoration, protocol, staging, logistics, medical care, and security; formulating concrete plans for each task, assigning clear responsibilities, and proactively handling arising situations.

They emphasized that organizing the “Sac Mau Sao Vuong” Gameshow is an important political task requiring focused leadership, direction, and responsible coordination among agencies and units.

Therefore, each force assigned tasks needs to promote initiative, urgently completing work according to schedule; conducting serious rehearsals and dress rehearsals to ensure the program takes place solemnly, with high quality, efficiency, and absolute safety.
