For a civilized festival

Along with a healthy cultural space, in addition to the preparation of solemn and community-based ceremonies, the organization of fun, healthy and safe part-services, Hung King Temple Historical Relic Site’s management board also organizes, manages business operations, ensures order, civilisation and exemplary service to visitors.

Photographers are all selected by Hung King Temple Historical Relic Site’s management board.

These days, in the midst of a crowd of people, it’s easy to see people put the offerings on their shoulders, going from the parking lot up to the Temple. They’re rented to serve visitors cominh here.

It is known that in order to participate in carrying the offerings, they must register with the management board and be issued an active card. According to the investigation, their group has about 100 people, mostly women. They live in the commune along the site of Hung King Temple, each festival, they register for the service business in order for both sales business and offerings carrying.

According to the management board, this year, hundreds of households and individuals registered for business activities, services. For each services, the management board has specific operational regulations.

Ms. Doan Thi Anh Tuyet, from Hy Cuong commune, Viet Tri city, who works as a photographer, said: "To be photographed here, I had to go through the early year’s selection, requiring that I have photographic skills, master the rules of the temple, basic knowledge of the history of Hung King Temple, Hung King era. We recieved card only when passing the examination.

In the case of electric car services, the driver must have a regulated driver’s license and a contract of employment between the employee and the business unit. The vehicle business unit must register the logo, unit vehicle number, list the price of transportation according to the routes; phone number, hotline of the unit on the vehicle to the regulatory authority, passengers know.

According to the head of the Department of Monuments, Culture, Festivals - Hung King Temple Historical Relic Site: In order to manage the services business operations well, create a beautiful image for visitors, the management board have detailed plans, assignment of tasks and organization for the functional rooms; require close coordination with the relevant units to strictly manage the service business activities in the area; at the same time strengthen the inspection, detection, prevention of violations.

With initiative and many positive measures, synchronous in the management of service business activities, close coordination with the functional sectors, together with the Organizing Committee, Hung King Temple has created faith, good image for the people, visitors to event to become a civilized, model and safe festival.
