More Than 300 Workers Attend Mobile Job Fair in Van Son Commune

The Provincial Employment Service Center recently organized a mobile job fair in the mountainous commune of Van Son, attracting more than 300 workers from villages across the locality.

Workers attending the mobile job fair in Van Son Commune receive guidance on registering their employment needs and finding suitable job opportunities.

Employment creation plays an important role in promoting economic development, ensuring social welfare, reducing poverty sustainably and developing human resources, particularly in mountainous areas and communities with large ethnic minority populations such as Van Son. The organization of the job fair brings employment services directly to local communities, enabling workers to have direct access to businesses, vocational training institutions and government support policies.

The job fair brought together eight businesses and recruitment units from inside and outside the province, offering a wide range of positions in industrial production, electronics, garment manufacturing, mechanical engineering, services and other sectors. This provided workers with a valuable opportunity to learn about recruitment requirements, income levels, insurance benefits, working conditions and career development prospects.

In addition to direct recruitment activities, the Provincial Employment Service Center provided career counseling, job placement services, vocational training advice, unemployment insurance policy consultations, counseling on overseas employment under labor contracts and information on the labor market.

During the mobile job fair, more than 300 workers received information, counseling and career orientation, while 110 workers were invited by employers for second-round interviews at their enterprises.
