On the afternoon of August 3, the Department of Foreign Affairs held an award ceremony for the online contest marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand (August 6, 1976 – August 6, 2026). The contest was held under the theme “Phu Tho and Thai Partners – Friendship, Cooperation and Sustainable Development.”

The organizing committee presents the Third Prize to the winners.
The online contest was launched on June 5, with the official competition taking place from June 16 to July 15 through an online multiple-choice format.
The organizing committee received thousands of entries, including 209 contestants who answered all 10 questions correctly.
In accordance with the contest rules, the organizing committee selected six winners based on the highest scores, the shortest completion time, the earliest submission time, and the accuracy of their prediction of the number of contestants who would answer all questions correctly. The prizes included one First Prize, two Second Prizes, and three Third Prizes, with a total prize value of VND 17 million.

The contest was organized as a meaningful activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand, contributing to greater public understanding, consensus, confidence and support for the cooperative relationship between the two countries, as well as between Phu Tho Province and its Thai partners.
The event also served as an opportunity to promote Phu Tho as a province with significant development potential, a safe and business-friendly investment environment, and attractive investment policies to Thai investors and partners.
