Singing, dancing, and the screening of propaganda films in Lai Dong Commune
On the evening of January 15, the Center for Culture - Cinema of Phu Tho Province collaborated with the Department of Culture - Information and the Center for Culture - Sports - Tourism - Communication of Tan Son district, Lai Dong Commune People's Committee (Tan Son district) to hold a cultural exchange and screening of a propaganda film. The event was organized to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) and welcome the year of the Dragon 2024 in Lai Dong commune.
At the event, the Cultural and Film Center of Phu Tho province screened documentary films about Uncle Ho and performed musical performances of singing, and dancing with joy, infused with national cultural identity, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, his homeland, and the country. Along with the Center’s contents, teachers, students, and residents of Lai Dong and neighboring communes contributed numerous musical performances on the theme of Celebrating the Party and the Year of the Dragon in 2024.
According to the plan, Phu Tho Culture and Cinema Center’s film screening teams will hold 1,158 film screenings and cultural exchanges in mountainous communes across ten districts in 2024 including Cam Khe, Ha Hoa, Thanh Ba, Thanh Son, Tan Son, Yen Lap, Doan Hung, Phu Ninh, Thanh Thuy, and Tam Nong.
