Overview of the conference.
Providing specific directives for each project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Quach Tat Liem emphasized that these projects are of paramount importance, contributing to local socio-economic development. He requested departments and agencies to meticulously prepare every stage of the investment process, ensure the efficient use of public capital, and effectively exploit the potential and advantages of each area. On this basis, it is essential to accelerate preparation and deployment, building detailed roadmaps for each project from planning to execution.
During the investment preparation process, special attention must be paid to the sources of fill materials and waste disposal sites; simultaneously, technical infrastructure items must be reviewed and adjusted to suit practical conditions. For bridge construction projects, the scale must be determined to align with road classifications to ensure synchronization and operational efficiency.
The Vice Chairman further noted the need to review and prioritize the early implementation of urgent projects; research routes associated with expanding development spaces to ensure the scale meets future demands (particularly regarding lane counts and sidewalks); and effectively carry out landmarking for site clearance.
