On September 14, the delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the General Confederation of Labor, donated VND500 million to support Phu Tho province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Sharing and sympathizing with the damage caused by storm No. 3, including many union members and workers of Phu Tho province, comrade Ngo Duy Hieu said that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor promptly issued policies to share and support union members and workers affected by storm No. 3. The VND500 million given focuses on supporting cadres, workers, civil servants, and employees of Phu Tho province affected by storm No. 3. This is an activity showing the concern and sharing of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with cadres, workers, civil servants, and employees affected by natural disasters, helping them to work with peace of mind, trust, and be attached to their homeland. At the same time, he hoped that Phu Tho province would soon overcome difficulties, rebuild infrastructure, and promptly support affected people, including union members, to stabilize their lives.

Receiving the donation, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Hai expressed his deep gratitude to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for supporting and sharing with Phu Tho province, especially union members and workers of the province, and affirmed: Phu Tho province is focusing resources to overcome the consequences of natural disasters; practical support in spirit and material is a great source of encouragement to help affected people overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and restore production. The provincial relief mobilization committee will synthesize and allocate the donation to localities to ensure timeliness, publicity, transparency, and the right purpose and objects according to regulations.
Nam A Bank and Miss Cosmo 2024 Organizing Committee donated 100 million VND through the Provincial Relief Fund.
