There is a cheerful emulation attitude throughout Tam Nong district’s countryside as the district is recognized as meeting New Rural norms these days.

Walking down the road to Area 2, Quang Huc commune, the panorama of village roads and lanes is bright, clean, and attractive, decked with colorful flags and flowers as if wearing a “new shirt” that makes the countryside look even more brilliant and joyous. Locally, the Movement “All people unite to create cultural life” (TDDKXDDSVH) was successfully implemented.

Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Secretary of the Party Cell in the area, stated: "To successfully implement and achieve consistency in mobilizing socialization to construct new rural areas, the Party Committee and residential areas have implemented the policy to each household, encouraging the democratic spirit of requesting people’s comments in residential area meetings, resulting in very high consensus and reaction from all officials, party members, and residents.

To ensure that the movement spreads broadly and promotes practical success in community life, the Steering Committee at all levels develops leadership and instructs localities to regularly innovate and implement in a synchronized and effective manner through many various and rich forms, according to the specific situation of each locality and unit. Focus on propaganda work to raise awareness for officials, party members and people of all walks of life about policies and plans to implement emulation movements, promote the role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, socio-political policy to create a change in awareness and attract the participation of people from all walks of life, the TDDKXDDSVH has truly entered the life of every family and every citizen, promoting its role of self-governance of the residential community; contributing to renewing the appearance of residential areas, improving the quality of people’s spiritual life, and strengthening the great solidarity of the entire people. From this, more examples of excellent individuals, good deeds, advanced examples, cultural families, communities, and cultural residential regions emerge. To date, the district has 22,129/23,109 households with the title of Cultural Family (95.7%); 145/148 residential areas with the title of Cultural Residential Area (more than 97%); and 100% of agencies, units, and enterprises meeting agency, unit, and cultural enterprise standards, among other things.

With the active participation of party committees, authorities and people from all walks of life, the movement of TDDKXDDSVH in Tam Nong is increasingly growing strongly, creating a vibrant and widespread emulation atmosphere. Thereby, arousing and spreading a civilized lifestyle in the community, making an important contribution to successfully realizing the goal of turning Tam Nong into a new rural district.
