15 Products Recognized as OCOP Products in the First Round of 2026

The Provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 2774/QD-UBND recognizing the results of the evaluation and granting provincial-level OCOP product certificates in 2026 (first round), with 15 products receiving 3-star and 4-star ratings.

Green banana powder produced by Banaco Export Processing Technology Joint Stock Company in Ban Nguyen Commune has been recognized as a 3-star OCOP product.

Of the 15 products, six received a 4-star rating, including one product upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars and five products that were reassessed and reclassified. The remaining nine products were evaluated and classified for the first time, all receiving 3-star ratings.

The recognized products belong to various product categories, including processed banana products, mushroom-based products, chewy dried bananas and honey pineapple products. Notably, Banaco Dried Banana, produced by Banaco Export Processing Technology Joint Stock Company, was upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars, with an average score of 79.4 points.

The OCOP product certificates are valid for 36 months from the effective date of the decision. The Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to announce and present the certificates, guide product owners in using the OCOP logo in accordance with regulations, and strengthen quality inspection and supervision.

Local authorities and product owners are required to continue improving their products and quality, intensify promotion and trade promotion activities, and develop value-chain linkages, thereby improving the effectiveness and sustainability of the OCOP program.
