Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vu Viet Van delivers remarks at the conference.
At the conference, the Department of Construction reported the appraisal results for approving the investment policy while simultaneously assigning the investor for the Van Phu High-Rise Social Housing Project in Van Phu ward.

Leader of the Department of Construction reports at the conference.
The project occupies a land area of approximately 2.28 hectares with a total estimated investment of over 1.563 trillion VND, constructing four high-rise social housing apartment buildings (3 basement levels, 15 above-ground floors) with a total construction floor area of around 108,050 square meters, equivalent to 962 social housing units.
Additionally, the project features a parking and utility service facility (8 above-ground floors) on an area of about 1,425.9 square meters with a construction floor area of approximately 11,407.2 square meters, along with a synchronized system of greenery, parking lots, and technical infrastructure. The project execution is scheduled from Q4/2026 through the end of Q4/2029.
The objective of the project is to establish a social housing area with synchronized technical infrastructure and architectural works, meeting housing demands for beneficiaries entitled to social housing support policies.
According to the appraisal results from the Department of Construction, the project meets all necessary conditions to be submitted to the Provincial People’s Committee for consideration, decision on investment policy approval, and simultaneous assignment of the project investor. The proposed investor is Phu Tho Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
In his guiding statement, Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van requested the Department of Construction to fully incorporate feedback from the conference, emphasizing the need to review and evaluate content related to ensuring synchronized technical and social infrastructure.
He suggested that the Department of Construction continue to coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and localities to carefully review project documentation, ensuring full compliance with statutory conditions, sequences, and procedures; and to quickly complete and submit the documentation to competent authorities for consideration and decision, thereby creating favorable conditions for project execution.
Giving feedback on the report regarding the status of the Hoc Thieu Resettlement Area Infrastructure Project in Hy Cuong commune, Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van assigned the Department of Construction to take the lead, coordinating with departments, sectors, and localities to review the project’s current status. On that basis, the department should proactively advise and propose specific solution options in accordance with regulations, reporting to the Provincial People’s Committee for consideration and decision.
