On July 31, the Trade Union of Binh Phu Commune held a conference to announce the decisions establishing Grassroots Trade Unions at Xinlijia Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Nawoon FNC Co., Ltd. Attending the event was Comrade Tran Thi Giang, Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Head of the Industrial Zones Trade Union Board under the Phu Tho Provincial Confederation of Labor.
Xinlijia Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise located in Tu Da - An Dao Industrial Cluster. Having been in operation since January 2025, it currently employs 92 workers. Nawoon FNC Co., Ltd. has been operating since August 2021, headquartered in Binh Phu Commune with 121 workers.

At the conference, the Binh Phu Commune Trade Union announced the decisions to admit 213 workers into the Vietnam Trade Union organization, along with decisions establishing the Grassroots Trade Unions and recognizing the Executive Committees and Inspection Committees of the Grassroots Trade Unions for both enterprises.
Delivering their acceptance speeches, representatives of the Executive Committees of the Grassroots Trade Unions at the two companies affirmed their commitment to building strong trade union organizations. They pledged to promote their role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, while coordinating with employers to foster harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to sustainable business growth.

The establishment of Grassroots Trade Unions at these enterprises further affirms the Trade Union organization’s commitment to expanding union membership and extending its operational reach within the enterprise sector. This initiative contributes to enhancing the efficiency of caring for and protecting workers' rights, while fostering stable labor relations across Binh Phu Commune.
