With a total investment of more than VND 1.053 trillion, the project will be developed on a 13,459-square-metre site. According to the approved master plan, it will comprise two social housing towers, each featuring one basement level, 15 above-ground floors, and one technical rooftop floor.

The buildings are designed with a modern architectural style, incorporating generous green spaces and synchronised technical infrastructure that complies with current construction standards.

The project will provide a total gross floor area of approximately 90,877 square metres and deliver 863 social housing apartments, accommodating around 2,600 residents. Upon completion, it is expected to significantly increase the province’s social housing supply, helping meet the housing needs of low-income residents while supporting sustainable and modern urban development in Phu Tho.

The project is expected to meet all conditions for handover and be put into operation in the first quarter of 2028.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the investors, provincial departments, local authorities and relevant agencies for their close coordination in completing all necessary procedures to enable the project to commence as scheduled.

This is the 20th social housing project to commence construction in Phu Tho under the Government’s social housing development programme and the 12th since the establishment of the newly expanded Phu Tho Province following the provincial merger.

The groundbreaking marks another important milestone in the province’s social housing development programme and contributes to achieving the social housing targets assigned by the Prime Minister under the national social housing development scheme.

Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van called on the investor consortium to mobilise sufficient resources to ensure the project is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and remains affordable. He also urged the investors to strictly comply with all regulations relating to planning, land management, investment, construction, environmental protection, and other relevant legal requirements.
