On February 13, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu – Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee – attended the inauguration ceremony of Quan Am Pagoda in Vinh Thanh Commune.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Hieu and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate Quan Am Pagoda.
The construction of Quan Am Pagoda began in March 2025, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion VND sourced entirely from social mobilization (private donations). The entire pagoda complex was newly built, featuring various categories, including the Main Hall (Tam Bao), the Three-Entrance Gate (Tam Quan), the Mother Goddess House (Nha Mau), a guest house, a residence for monks and nuns, an incense burning tower, landscaped gardens, a fire protection system, and other auxiliary works. After more than 10 months of construction, the project was completed according to the original design and is now fully operational.

The inauguration of Quan Am Pagoda brings great joy not only to the Buddhist clergy and followers but also to the entire local community. The project serves as a vivid testament to the spirit of solidarity and the bond between religious and secular life. It will serve as a sanctuary for religious activities and spiritual cultivation for monks, nuns, and Buddhists, while also providing a spiritual cultural space that contributes to preserving and promoting the noble traditions of the homeland.
