Land Use Right Certificates Presented to Homebuyers at Phoenix Riverside Project

On June 27, PTS Urban and Rural Architecture Construction Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to present Land Use Right Certificates (LURCs) to customers of the Nam Viet Phoenix Riverside Urban Area project. The event marked an important legal milestone for the project, reaffirming the developer’s commitment to safeguarding customers' legitimate rights and interests while strengthening confidence in a transparent and sustainable urban development.

During the event, nearly 150 Land Use Right Certificates were officially handed over to customers. The completion of the certification process demonstrates that the project has fully complied with all legal requirements, providing homeowners with greater peace of mind, long-term residential security, and protection of their property value.

Covering an area of more than 9.61 hectares, Phoenix Riverside comprises 262 residential properties, including detached villas, semi-detached villas, townhouses, and shophouses. Located along the riverside with convenient access to Viet Tri city center, the project allocates approximately 66% of its total area to technical infrastructure, internal roads, green spaces, and public amenities, while maintaining a building density of only 34%, creating a spacious, healthy, and nature-friendly living environment.

The project’s integrated master plan and modern amenities are designed to meet residents' expectations for a civilized, safe, and high-quality living environment, positioning Phoenix Riverside as an ideal urban residential destination.

To date, the project has fulfilled its land lease obligations, completed technical infrastructure acceptance procedures by the competent authorities, and satisfied all legal requirements for signing residential property sales contracts.

The handover of Land Use Right Certificates immediately following the completion of legal procedures further demonstrates the developer’s credibility and capability, while reflecting its commitment to protecting customer interests and contributing to the development of a transparent, safe, and sustainable real estate market.
