Opening of the 2026 Hung Kings Cup Golf Tournament: “The Spirit of Van Lang”

On April 11, the Hung Kings Cup Golf Tournament: “The Spirit of Van Lang” 2026 officially opened at four golf courses across the region: Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club, Tam Dao, Thanh Lanh, and Dam Vac. The event was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in coordination with the Phu Tho Golf Association as part of a series of cultural and sporting activities marking the Hung Kings’ Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and the Ancestral Land Tourism and Culture Week in the Year of the Horse 2026.

The 2026 tournament attracted nearly 600 golfers from across the country. A highlight of this year’s season is the simultaneous competition held across four different golf courses, marking the first time Phu Tho has implemented a large-scale tournament in this format.

Through this, we aim to boost tourism development, attract investment, and strongly spread the spirit of national pride."
