In his address, Chairman Tran Duy Dong emphasized that the September 2025 administrative meeting was conducted via online connection with 148 communes and wards across the province, integrated with the E-Cabinet paperless meeting system at https://ecabinet.phutho.gov.vn. The deployment of this advanced, fully functional system marks an important step toward simplifying meeting organization, reducing paper-based documentation, cutting office supply costs, shortening preparation and meeting times, improving the quality of discussions, and enabling leaders to make timely, accurate, and well-informed decisions.

The operation of the E-Cabinet system also demonstrates the decisive and effective implementation efforts of the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee in concretizing the directives of the Chairman as outlined in Notice No. 192/TB-UBND dated September 23, 2025. It further affirms the province’s strong commitment to administrative reform and digital transformation, as well as the achievements of the Office after more than two months of operation—during which it has both stabilized its organizational structure, staffing, and facilities, and overcome post-merger challenges.
