Phu Tho Provincial Tax Department and Town People’s Committee ranked first in the evaluation and ranking of the digital transformation level

According to the calculation results of the indicators to evaluate and rank the level of digital transformation in state agencies in Phu Tho province in 2023 in Decision No. 10/QD-UBND issued by Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Tax Department is the leading unit in evaluating and ranking the level of digital transformation of departments, divisions and branches; Phu Tho Town People’s Committee leads the evaluation and ranking of the level of digital transformation of districts, cities and towns.

In 2023, 100% of departments, divisions and branches (of the department level); People’s Committees of districts, cities and towns (of the district level); 80.88% of People’s Committees of communes, wards and towns (of the commune level) have issued a Decision to establish a Digital Transformation Steering Committee headed by the Heads of agencies and units. Department and district levels have paid attention to investing in developing synchronous and seamless digital infrastructure, contributing to ensuring conditions for deploying platforms to develop digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province, maximum scores have been achieved for many indicators.

According to the results of the Index to evaluate and rank the level of Digital Transformation in provincial State agencies in 2023, the Provincial Tax Department is the leading unit in evaluating and ranking the level of digital transformation of departments, divisions and branches, followed by the Department of Information and Communications, and Office of the Provincial People’s Committee respectfully at the second and third places; For the district level: Phu Tho town ranked first; Lam Thao district ranked second and Cam Khe district ranked third.
