Proactively Coordinating, Effectively Deploying the Investment Construction and Infrastructure Business Project of Doan Hung Industrial Park

On the morning of October 23, Comrade Nguyen Manh Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, along with a Working Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the execution progress of the Investment Construction and Infrastructure Business Project of Doan Hung Industrial Park (IP). Accompanying the delegation was Comrade Phan Trong Tan, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, alongside leaders of several provincial departments and branches.

The Investment Construction and Infrastructure Business Project of Doan Hung IP, invested by Amata Phu Tho Urban Joint Stock Company, is deployed across Doan Hung and Tay Coc communes. The project features a land use scale of 495 hectares (comprising 475.67 hectares of IP land and 19.33 hectares of land planned for Provincial Road 322B connecting to the IP) with a total investment capital exceeding 4,887 billion VND.

The project is divided into 2 investment phases: Phase 1 (2026–2029) covering approximately 239.43 hectares (currently concentrating on executing Phase 1A covering around 115 hectares); Phase 2 (2029–2033) covering approximately 236.24 hectares.

To date, the project has completed approval of the 1/2,000 Scale Zoning Plan, investment policy approval, as well as topographic and geological surveys.

The investor has advanced over 39 billion VND to serve compensation, site clearance, and resettlement work; while concurrently finalizing environmental, fire prevention, and fighting procedures... However, the project still faces several difficulties and bottlenecks related to site clearance alongside unfinalized legal procedures.

At the working session, delegates focused on evaluating project implementation status, clarifying difficulties and obstacles under the responsibility of the investor and relevant agencies and units; while proposing and recommending solutions to remove bottlenecks and accelerate execution progress.

Offering directive opinions to resolve difficulties during project deployment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Trong Tan emphasized: Phu Tho Province always supports and commits to accompanying the investor.

In the spirit of prioritizing the interests of residents within the project area, he requested the investor, departments, branches, localities, and relevant units to strengthen coordination. The execution process must guarantee synchronization, correct authority, full compliance with legal regulations, publicity, transparency, and objectivity.

Concluding the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of departments, branches, localities, and the investor throughout project deployment.

Emphasizing that this is a key project of the province carrying major significance for provincial economic growth, he assigned the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board to serve as the lead focal point, coordinating with departments, branches, localities, and the investor to construct a detailed implementation plan — ensuring clear personnel, clear tasks, clear timelines, and clear results to execute the project on schedule.

In particular, he assigned departments and branches to step up coordination, offering concrete and timely guidance to resolve difficulties and obstacles for localities and the investor in site clearance, resettlement, and finalizing related procedures.

The deployment process needs to leverage a spirit of proactiveness, close coordination, and strict compliance with regulations from the outset, creating favorable conditions for the project to be effectively executed at an early date, meeting investor expectations and the province’s development goals.
