From April 2 to 7 (i.e. the lunar March 5th to 10th), more than 800 members from 80 cultural and folk art clubs across 17 communes, towns, and residential areas in Tan Son district took part in folk exchange and performance activities at the Cultural Camp and the Exhibition, Promotion, and Introduction of Local Products and Produce, held at Phu Bung Hill within the Hung King Temple Historical Relic Site. These performances aimed to serve both the local community and visitors making pilgrimages to the Hung King Temple in 2025.

As part of the festival, members of the Tan Son District Folk Culture and Arts Club presented more than 300 meticulously choreographed folk performances in various traditional forms, including gong performances, Dam Duong singing, bamboo pole dancing, bell dancing, and Vi and Rang singing. These performances celebrated the legacy of the Hung Kings, honored the beauty of the homeland and the nation, and vividly depicted the daily lives and labor activities of the local people, reflecting their aspirations for a prosperous and flourishing future.
Unique singing and dancing performances reenact the working and production life of ethnic minorities in Tan Son district.
Through these activities, the festival not only fosters patriotism and national pride but also reinforces the Vietnamese moral tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source,” expressing deep gratitude to the Hung Kings and the ancestors. Additionally, the event strengthens the great solidarity among ethnic groups, honors the region’s rich cultural heritage, and creates a lively and festive atmosphere. These efforts encourage public participation in the Hung Kings Temple Festival while also serving as a cultural highlight to attract domestic and international tourists, contributing to the promotion of tourism in Tan Son district.
