The Delegation of the Japanese Embassy Surveys at Hien Luong Primary School, Ha Hoa District

Based on the local community’s actual needs, the Department of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam and collaborated with the Ha Hoa District People’s Committee to develop a project proposal for funding the construction of classrooms at Hien Luong Primary School under the GGP program. In addition to reviewing the documentation, this survey enabled the Economic Department of the Japanese Embassy to make realistic and objective assessments of the current state of the facility and recognize the urgent need for funding to build new classrooms to replace the old, deteriorated ones.

During the survey, the delegates discussed and addressed questions related to the operation and implementation of the project if approved. This project has garnered significant attention and expectations from the local government as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, aiming to provide the school and students with a favorable and secure learning environment.
