Training on Digital Platform Business Skills for Enterprises and Cooperatives
On November 19, the Department of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade, organized a training program on digital platform business skills for brand development and image building for enterprises and cooperatives (HTX) in Viet Tri City.
At the training session, over 50 trainees from local businesses and cooperatives were taught by instructors from TikTok Shop about the skills and methods for selling on the TikTok social network. The session covered how to build and manage a store, policies for posting, operating a channel, shipping, order completion, and support policies for local sellers. Additionally, the trainees practiced building livestream scripts, setting up livestream sessions, and introducing products through livestream broadcasts in seller groups.
