This creates a solemn yet jubilant atmosphere to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The official emblem of the 14th Congress, featuring the red flag with the golden hammer and sickle, is solemnly placed at the intersection of Tran Phu and Nguyen Tat Thanh streets (Viet Tri Ward). The brilliant colors of flags and flowers enhance the joyful and bustling spirit ahead of the country’s momentous political event.
