110 contestants participate in the “Ring the Golden Bell” contest
On the morning of May 25, at the Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School, the Provincial Ethnic Committee coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize an extracurricular program to learn legal knowledge about child marriage and consanguineous marriage under form of a “Ring the Golden Bell” contest.
Participating in the contest, 110 contestants who are students of the Provincial Ethnic Boarding School took turns answering 20 questions revolving around thee knowledge about child marriage and consanguineous marriage; Marriage and Family Law; Children Law; Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence.
This is an extracurricular activity implementing Subproject 2 - Minimizing child marriage and consanguineous marriage in ethnic minority areas under Project 9, National target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Phase I (2021-2025).
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes and 3 Third Prizes to candidates with high achievements.
