Accelerating Production for Export Orders

After the Lunar New Year holiday, manufacturing enterprises focused on export goods are quickly resuming operations to ensure timely delivery for their partners. This is also a crucial time to boost production and seize early-year opportunities from new orders.

According to statistics, Phu Tho province currently has over 290 enterprises engaged in import-export activities. Exports continue to make a significant contribution to the province’s socio-economic development, with an estimated export value of $15.4 billion in 2024.

Teijin Frontier Shonai Co., Ltd., located in Van Phu Ward, Viet Tri City, is a 100% Japanese-owned enterprise specializing in processing suits for export. In 2024, the company produced nearly 278,500 sets of clothing, generating revenue of approximately VND 172 billion and providing stable employment for over 900 workers. Mr. Hamada Ryuji, General Director of the company, shared: "The company resumed operations on the 6th day of the Lunar New Year and immediately implemented its production plan to meet delivery commitments. For sustainable development, we always focus on improving work efficiency and ensuring good welfare for our employees. Additionally, we are optimizing production processes to increase productivity, enhance product quality, and meet the stringent requirements of export markets."

In the electronics industry, on-time delivery is a key factor in maintaining a seamless supply chain. Therefore, businesses must plan production well in advance, ensuring raw materials, logistics, and manufacturing readiness from the very beginning of the new year.

BYD Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho Town, specializes in manufacturing and assembling computer motherboards, tablets, and other electronic components. The company employs over 11,000 workers, with import-export revenue reaching approximately $4.5 billion in 2024.

Mr. Leo Su, Director of the company, stated: "Right from the first working days after Tet, all positions were quickly stabilized. Our proactive production planning allows us to fulfill orders on time and maintain a smooth supply chain. In 2025, as we introduce new production lines for certain product categories, we plan to recruit an additional 5,000 workers."

Accelerating production after the Lunar New Year is crucial for export businesses to sustain growth and expand international cooperation. Proactive production strategies enable companies to stay ahead of new opportunities and gain a competitive edge in the global market.
