After more than two months of operation, the Thai Hoa Commune Public Service Center has processed over 2,000 applications, with an 88% online submission rate, reaching 100% for the month of August. More than 96% of the applications were resolved ahead of or within the prescribed deadlines. Behind this success lies comprehensive innovation, originating from even the smallest details that carry significant meaning.
The Thai Hoa Commune Public Service Center is a “green” working space, transformed from a spacious, airy multipurpose sports hall.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Chien, Vice Chairman of the Thai Hoa Commune People’s Committee, emphasized the Center’s top goal: “With the aim of being closer to the people and serving them better, we ensure transparency and openness in all our activities. Since its inception, we have adopted two slogans: ‘Join hands in administrative reform for a modern, people-centered administration’ and ‘Friendly government, satisfied people.’ We always focus on citizens' satisfaction as the key measure of our operational effectiveness.”
The green space at the Thai Hoa Commune Public Service Center is not only a highlight in terms of landscape but also a strong message about an administration dedicated to citizens' satisfaction. From this small model, it is clear that administrative reform has truly integrated into people’s daily lives, not just through the speed of processing applications but also through the creation of a friendly, approachable environment. This serves as the most concrete proof that administrative procedure reforms have genuinely become part of the people’s lives.
At the Thai Hoa Commune Public Service Center, administrative reform is not just about efficient, transparent procedures, but also about creating a welcoming, people-centered space. These seemingly small details foster comfort, reduce pressure, and transform the administrative process into a more pleasant experience, contributing to building an image of a friendly, modern government that works for the people.
