High-Level Polish Delegation Visits CNCTech High-Tech Complex

On the afternoon of October 27, the high-level Polish delegation led by Mr. Marcin Kulasek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland, conducted a field visit to the CNCTech high-tech complex and surveyed the infrastructure of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park.

Receiving and accompanying the delegation was Comrade Nguyen Khac Hieu — Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Currently, CNCTech develops its business operations upon three pillars: Manufacturing technology, industrial solutions, and logistics services—aiming to supply comprehensive solutions and value-added capabilities for domestic and international clients and partners.

Here, the delegation toured the factory, learning about CNCTech’s manufacturing workflows, technology applications, and quality management system. This is an enterprise participating in international supply chains across automotive, electronics, semiconductor, aviation, and medical fields.

The delegation also learned about the planning of the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park Project. Currently, this industrial park is oriented toward becoming a green, smart industrial park with synchronized infrastructure connecting manufacturing and logistics. Notably, the investor focuses on technology application in management and operations to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of international investors.

Through this model, CNCTech aims to build a favorable investment environment for high-tech manufacturing enterprises, while driving linkages between domestic enterprises and foreign investors.

The visit provided an occasion to strengthen business connections between both countries, opening up opportunities for cooperation in high-tech fields, applied research, technology transfer, and high-quality human resource training—thereby contributing to promoting Phu Tho’s potential and advantages in attracting international investment.
