The March enthusiasm

Joining the exciting spirit of the country’s young in response to Youth Month 2024, the ancestral land’s youth force has encouraged the spirit of initiative, volunteerism and innovation to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s foundation (March 26, 1931 - 2024) with a wide range of practical and meaningful initiatives that emphasize youth’s role and place in economic growth, society and homeland creation.

Responding to the initiative “Youth Tree Hill” in Tat Thang commune, Thanh Son district.

The Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union organized the 2024 Youth Month Kick-off Ceremony with a series of activities under the subject “The Youth of the Ancestral Land volunteering for community life”: Presenting 15 bicycles to needy kids, 100 helmets for pupils in Viet Tri city; Organizing a free medical examination and medicine distribution for over 100 policy beneficiaries; collaborating with Viettel Phu Tho to provide 200 cores of clean water filters to District Youth Union of Doan Hung and Thanh Ba; awarding 12 youth projects “Light up the countryside road” and 9 “Youth tree rows” projects to localities throughout the province.

Implementing Uncle Ho’s Teachings, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has instructed 100% of all levels of Youth Union to arrange events to inaugurate the Tet tree planting Festival linking to the execution of the “For a Green Vietnam” program, which aims to plant 250,000 new trees across the province by 2024.

Sticking to the subject of action and the actual situations of each location, Phu Tho youth is executing positive, innovative activities in Youth Month 2024, resulting in a dynamic, broad and practical atmosphere that promises a successful Youth Month. The extensive development of those activities not only confirms youth’s pioneering role, but also directly contributes to solving actual local issues. Encourage the process of economic growth by creating new rural regions and modernized cities.
