Winter volunteering in 2023 - Spring volunteering in 2024

On December 12, the Provincial Youth Union organized a volunteer campaign in Winter 2023 - Spring volunteering in 2024, welcoming the Congress of Vietnam Youth Union at all levels to the 6th Congress of Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province. , term 2024 - 2029. Attending and directing was comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Committee.

The program “Winter Volunteer 2023 - Spring Volunteer 2024” is a series of activities for youth throughout the province to compete and make achievements to celebrate major events of the homeland, Youth Unions and Associations. With many meaningful and practical activities aimed at localities across the province, the program affirms the role, position and prestige of the Youth Union and Association in taking care of disadvantaged people, contributing to unite and gather forces of union members and youth members; building a culture of a class of youth in Phu Tho province rich in compassion, love, living with aspirations, ambitions and the will to rise.

Delegates gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances at Thanh Thuy High School.

At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and accompanying units and sponsors donated: 10 bicycles to children in difficult circumstances at La Phu Primary and Secondary School; presented a television to Thanh Thuy High School along with 10 gifts and 23 warm blankets for the school’s students in difficult circumstances; three gifts for children of workers in difficult circumstances; 10 gifts for former youth volunteers in Thanh Thuy district; awarded the project “Lighting up the countryside”; Awarded the project “Playground for children” to Phu Ninh district; donated 10 inpatient beds to Ha Hoa district; presented signs supporting the “An Phuoc Smile” program; donated 10,000 trees to Thanh Son district; Supporting the construction of “Toilets for children” at Thu Cuc 2 Primary School, Nga 2 point, Tan Son district. The total value of the gifts awarded is nearly 1 billion VND.

Delegates visited the subsidized booth “Community Connection” and the “Cashless Street” model at La Phu market.

Representative of the “Youth for Homeland Sea and Island” Club presented the National flag to the Provincial Youth Union and Thanh Thuy district.

Immediately after the military launching program was a series of response activities by the Youth Union and students: Propaganda to protect the sovereignty of Vietnam’s seas and islands; presented a map of Vietnam in response to the campaign “Proud of a stretch of mountains and rivers”; Visit the exhibition “Pride of Vietnam’s seas and islands”; planting souvenir trees in response to the tree planting movement “For a green Vietnam”; free consultation, health care, and medicine distribution; giving gifts to young patients and children in particularly difficult circumstances being treated at Thanh Thuy District Medical Center; organize subsidized booths for people and young workers in difficult circumstances; Inauguration of rural concrete traffic works; launched the model “Cashless payment street”.

Delegates visited free dental consultation and care activities.
