A delegation of officials from Luang Namtha province (Lao) pays a working visit to Phu Tho Department of Foreign Affairs

On January 22, a delegation of officials from Luang Namtha province - Lao People’s Democratic Republic who are studying Vietnamese at Hung Vuong University visited and exchanged practical experiences at the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Happy to welcome the delegation of officials from Luang Namtha province to visit and work, the leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs emphasized: Since 1979, Vinh Phu province (now Phu Tho province and Vinh Phuc province) have signed an agreement on establishing establish friendly cooperative relations with Luang Namtha province. Since then, the two provinces have maintained and developed many cooperation and mutual assistance activities in various fields. In recent years, leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs have always done well the tasks assigned by leaders of Phu Tho province during business trips to Luang Namtha province, contributing to further tightening the solidarity between the two provinces as well as between the two Vietnam - Laos. Expressing their honor to welcome the delegation of officials from Luang Namtha province to exchange and learn practical experiences, the leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs hoped that the students in the delegation would make efforts to study to improve their Vietnamese knowledge as well as improve their skills. High professional qualifications, later return to build an increasingly rich and strong homeland. At the same time, we believe that the students will be a bridge to help the friendship between the two provinces of Phu Tho - Luang Nam Tha continue to be nurtured in the coming time, becoming more and more closely and deeply attached.

The representative of the delegation of officials of Luang Namtha province who is studying Vietnamese at Hung Vuong University thanked the leaders of Phu Tho Department of Foreign Affairs for the enthusiastic welcome to the delegation. In the coming time, members of the delegation will try to study and actively participate in exchange activities and introduce traditional culture between the two provinces. At the same time, we hope that in the learning process, we will continue to receive more attention and create conditions from Phu Tho province, including the Department of Foreign Affairs, to successfully complete the course at Hung Vuong University. Thereby, further tightening the good traditional friendly cooperative relationship between the two localities.
